A Tu Gusto is a versatile restaurant in the up and coming area of Ciudad de las Ciencias offering a lunchtime buffet that includes salads, pastas, rice dishes, meats and fish and creative cuisine in the evenings, although diners can also choose from the à la carte menu at all times. The food is varied and there are dishes to suit all tastes. The pale green décor adds to the light and airy feel of the restaurant and there are several large windows where diners can watch the hustle and bustle of the neighbourhood. Every table has a vase of fresh flowers that lend the dining room a cheerful atmosphere. At lunchtime the restaurant offers two buffet style menus of salads and a variety of pasta dishes made with carefully chosen natural and fresh ingredients, all beautifully presented. In the evening, chef Salvador Furió takes the reins and offers clients meticulously prepared creative dishes.
